2017 NELIG Annual Program

Designing your Instruction: Lessons, Programs, and Spaces
NELIG Annual Program
June 9, 2017 @ Fitchburg State University

This year's annual event will explore the ways that librarians incorporate design in developing information literacy lessons, programs, and spaces. Please join us to listen, share, and learn effective tactics, events, programs, and strategies for engaging in new ways for designing instruction. Our invited keynote speaker is:

  • Laura Barrett, Director of Education and Outreach (E&O), Dartmouth College Library
Laura leads the development of programming that supports teaching and learning both for Library staff and Dartmouth faculty. With members of the E&O program, Laura works to integrate the Library with the intellectual life of the College. She has taught information literacy to students for over a decade at the university and community college level. Laura is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Lebanon Public Libraries, and she is proud to be Dartmouth’s West House librarian.
